This nature house is a cozy hiking cabin. The cabin is 2 meters wide x 250 meters long. Wonderful stay if you are adventurous. It can sleep a maximum of two people. (From experience we know that it is better not to bring a child, the environment is too offgrid / outdoor) The cabin is located in our yard (about 20 meters from our house) Through the bushes and trees you have your own space. You have an unobstructed view over a field. A 10-minute walk away is a lake where you can swim. You have access to an outdoor toilet and an outdoor kitchen with kettle and induction stove. The water you get from the well. Because the cottage is in the middle of nature, we want to protect nature by not using soaps and shampoos that are bad for nature. Bed linen, tea towels and kitchen towels are included.
Nature and surroundings
The cabin is in our yard on the edge of a small village in the hills of Dalarna. A beautiful province where real wilderness still exists. Here the moose, bears, foxes, wolves, wolverine and deer walk freely in the forest. At any moment they can be right in front of your nose. Want to go into the forest with a guide to learn more about Dalarna's nature and have a chance to see a beautiful moose? Book a nice hike through the forest. Practical info:- The first supermarket is a 45-minute drive away. Canoes and mountain bikes can be rented 15 minutes away. Cycling with a railbike on an old railroad track through nature is a 20-minute drive away. A city with stores is a 2-hour drive away. On rainy days, the midges in Sweden are most active at sunrise and sunset. You can rent a mosquito repellent. Do you love nature, intense silence, a back to basic accommodation, can you already see yourself sitting by a fire and want to completely unwind? Then this is the place for you.
