A detached luxury 5-6 person house in a truly unique location in the Sauerland. Just steps away from the cozy village of Adorf and yet quietly located in nature, surrounded by rolling hills and meadows. From the spacious terrace (facing south) you can enjoy a phenomenal panoramic view. Surrounded by hiking trails, ski resorts and the Diemelsee and located next to a forest, this house offers numerous options for an unforgettable stay. The house itself is also fully equipped; wood-fired hot tub, wood stove and infrared sauna (60 degrees). The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, TV channels and a stereo system. The fully equipped kitchen, dining/garden room and master bedroom are on the ground floor. On the first floor is a large bathroom, the living room and 2 other bedrooms connected by a connecting door. Includes bedding and towels. There is a separate toilet on both floors. In school vacations only weekly rentals.

The quiet village of Adorf is a 10-minute walk away. There are 2 supermarkets, a bakery, a hairdresser and some catering establishments. From the house you walk straight into the forest and you can enjoy the many and beautiful, well-marked hiking and cycling routes undisturbed. At 200 meters from the house you can board the famous Diemelsteig hiking trail. A historic quarry is 1 km away. 6 km away is the Diemelsee, this large reservoir lends itself to many different water sports. Less than 20 km away is the beautiful palace of Bad Arolsen where Queen Emma used to live. A little further away is Volkmarsen, a little less touristy but very worthwhile! The historic Hanseatic city of Korbach, known for its many half-timbered houses is only 14 kilometers away. Cross-country skiing is only a few kilometers away at Schweinsbühl. The ski resort of Willingen is 18 km away, and Winterberg, 39 km away, is also easily accessible. In both places there are toboggan runs.
