This castle has recently been completely renovated. As soon as you enter you are welcomed into the spacious hall with an impressive staircase. The room on the left 'Barmentloo' has a fixed arrangement with two beautiful oak tables where you can dine for hours and/or watch TV/Netflix together. The space on the right side 'Tengnagel' is a beautiful lounge room. The professionally equipped kitchen offers the possibility to prepare delicious dishes together, for the experienced cooks even a real rational preparation oven. In the basement are the toilets and checkroom, from the basement you walk out onto the deck located above the water with a beautiful green view. On the second floor are five luxury overnight rooms, each with its own bathroom. On the second floor is an open space, which is very suitable for yoga and meditation or as a play loft. The accommodation is not rented to groups of young people.

Your own Havezathe (built in 1636) stands on an uninhabited island, just far enough away from all the hustle and bustle. The island is a beautiful complex with ditto garden, located on two small islands on the outskirts of Neede, municipality of Berkelland. This within walking distance of the center, deer park, sports facilities and indoor pool. The unique listed buildings are on an island that is connected to the mainland by an original authentic arch bridge. On the second island is the orchard with old apple trees. If you only rent this nature house, you might run into guests of the adjacent Koetshuis on the island. If you want to rent the entire island, that is also possible, please contact us!
