We look forward to welcoming you to Heuerhaus Balkum! You can switch off in our converted trailer. Sleep, read a book. Just get bored. Take long walks, preferably with one of our dogs. In the house there is a small bathroom with WC & washbasin. There is a small cooking and dining area in the adjoining room. The 6 square meter trailer offers everything you need - a comfortable bed, an armchair, a chest of drawers and a selection of books. An infrared heater provides cozy warmth when needed, it can't get too hot as the trailer is shaded by old trees. Of course, there is seating available in the garden. Barbecues are possible and at the weekends there is often a campfire where you are warmly welcomed. With our offer we would like to give women traveling alone in particular the opportunity to relax in a quiet environment.
Nature and surroundings
The landscape in the northern district of Osnabrück is an ancient cultural landscape. Actively cultivated fields adjoin large forests and our plot covers approx. 1.1 hectares. The trailer stands on the edge of a young meadow orchard that was created a few years ago as a compensation area for a neighbor's new calf barn.
