Welcome to our nature house! The rental portion of the house is part of an exposed stone farmhouse dating back to the 1600s, located at an altitude of 700 meters. The apartment is on two levels: the mezzanine floor where you will find the living area with a fully equipped kitchen and large table, and second floor that houses the two bedrooms. One room is double and the other consists of a bunk bed and a single bed. It is possible to add a sixth by using the armchair-bed located in the large hallway between the two rooms. The bathroom is accessible via a small flight of steps from the living area. Access to the apartment is via an entrance shared with the owners. The house is located 3 km from Tolè, 12 km from Zocca, 45 km from the center of Bologna, and 54 km from the center of Modena.

The farmhouse is located on the edge of a centuries-old chestnut grove, wooded areas and fields where it is possible to enjoy walks, including the CAI 422c Dragodena - Vedettola path passing in front of the house. Not far away flows the Samoggia stream, which forms a small waterfall that can be reached by a short walk through the woods. Outside the house there are two large wooden tables available for free access, and use of the barbecue on request. Visitable with a walk is the Montetortore complex a historic place where there are the imposing ruins of the 12th-century castle that for centuries was the real "capital" of the mountains between the Samoggia and Panaro rivers. A strategic place, on the border between two states and with a view that stretched over two valleys. Between the 15th and 16th centuries Montetortore was the seat of the Podesta's office.
