This naturehouse, is a cottage for 3 people with a terrace facing south, there are a bistro table and a barbecue. On the ground floor, equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, washing machine), living-dining room with sofa (convertible sofa bed for 1 person) and TV.Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed (140*190), a private bathroom with shower and WC.Free WIFI. Parking possible in the courtyard of the estate.Within the collective garden of the domain Le Clos des Sources you will have access to the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi shared by the 3 gîtes from June 1 to August 31.Options: End of stay cleaning: €40, Sheets: €10 per bed (bed made on arrival), Towels (hand and bath): €2 per person, Childcare equipment (high chair, cot, potty): Free. Please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival which options you wish to take.

Welcome to this nature house in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Marais du Cotentin et du Bessin! We are very happy to welcome you in our house, a restored farm of the 19th century. Located in Isigny-sur-Mer in the commune of Neuilly-la-Forêt. Quiet and peaceful place overhanging the marshes, you will be able to let you guide on many hiking trails and discover the castle of the River and its storks. Ideal to visit the landing sites (museums, beaches, ...), Bayeux (20min), Caen (40min), the Cotentin (Portbail, Barneville, La Hague, Cherbourg, Barfleur, Saint Vaast) or the Mont Saint-Michel (1h30).
