Sleep in a haystack and wake up to a wide view over the meadows. As soon as you cross the small bridge through the wrought iron gate and enter the grounds, you enter your own world where you can hear the birds singing from the "bird forest. There is even a kingfisher in the naturalized orchard, and the spotted and green woodpecker also make regular appearances. The former haystack has been completely renovated and fully equipped: a kitchen with stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and Quooker, a small bathroom with shower, fountain and toilet, a sitting area with corner sofa and TV, an old french tiled floor with underfloor heating and wifi. Through a 1m2 staircase (somewhat steep but with a sturdy handrail ) you reach the bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a beautiful view of the sunrise over the meadows. The sitting area and furnishings lend themselves to a visit or dinner with friends. Without dogs, because of the cats and passing hares.

This rural luxury nature house is located just 10 minutes by bike from the old center of Culemborg, at the intersection of the roads to Beusichem and Buren. In and around the haystack you have complete privacy. The haystack has its own entrance with 2 parking spaces, an outlet for electric bikes, and outdoor seating all around: a picnic table for breakfast in the sun and a private terrace with sun chairs for afternoon sun. In the evenings, you can enjoy the sunset and nature all around in your own garden. The Jacuzzi is located next to the haystack and is free to use. The hot water, floor heating and jacuzzi are heated by a pellet stove, we are completely gas free! On the roof of the barn are solar panels that provide (almost) all the electricity. The haystack is the ideal base for cyclists and hikers, including Marienwaerdt, Dutch Waterline, Bloesemtocht, clog paths, the historic town of Buren are recommended.
