The gîte is located on the site of an old water mill and is spacious with a living area of 400m2 and a garden of 20,000m2. (Full privacy orchard, paths, lawns, streams, lake, seating and dining opportunity everywhere.The garden is a.On the ground floor, the living room of 80m2 is the core of the house with the original double fireplace. The living room has a spacious sitting area with fireplace and dining table for 10 people. The modern kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, hot air oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer and ice machine. In the adjacent laundry room is the washer and dryer. On the second floor are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. On the second floor is the fourth bedroom with a private bathroom and a small spare bedroom. (Without bathroom) In all bedrooms are box-spring beds Lavital.

The water mill is located in the valley of Tourteron. The entire site has unobstructed views and is completely surrounded by greenery. there are 2 streams flowing through it. There is also a small lake, where can be fished and sailed/rowed.(swimming with plastic shoes is also possible) The site has an orchard, large lawn, an allee, lots of picnic area,
