This nature house of approximately 100m2 is especially suitable for RUST SEARCHERS, cyclists and nature lovers. The nature house is detached, located next to the Gooische Alpaca farm in a private, enclosed garden with unobstructed views . In the garden there is a jacuzzi, year-round heated pool 30 degrees, children's playground, green egg bbq, outdoor bar and sitting pit. In the pool house you will find a large living room with open kitchen with cooking island and luxury appliances including a built-in wine cooler and a full bathroom. The bedroom directly adjacent to the jacuzzi has a double bed of 180x200, the other has a bunk bed with upper 90x200 and lower 140x200. This cottage is not suitable for parties and young people under 25 years and certainly not for partyanimals, cafe and disco goers who sleep during the day and only come to life in the evening or then after a night out, roll back into our premises early in the morning. Noise pollution is a definite issue with us!
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located in an open, bright place among trees. The surroundings are very varied. Forests, heaths, meadows, picturesque villages and cycling and walking paths in abundance. The village centers of Eemnes, Blaricum, Laren, Blaricum, Huizen, Baarn, Spakenburg, Hilversum and Soest are within cycling distance. Keep in mind that you do stay in a NATURE HOUSE among the farmlands and farms. That means that you will rent a lot of night sounds of animals such as owls, sheep, chickens, cows and of course alpacas. You may also encounter a stray fox and even a forest or field mouse. If you want to take advantage of a date or walk with the alpacas, book in advance to avoid disappointment.
