Nature house in Diepenveen

In the green heart of Diepenveen is this luxury house, situated on a beautiful plot of approx 3,500m2 on the edge of a forest. The house has a total living area of approx 225m2. Through the front door you enter the hall which gives access to the study, the toilet and the living room. The large living room has a spacious dining table surrounded by eight chairs, a television corner with large corner sofa. Attached to the living room is the open kitchen with a large work island. The kitchen is fully equipped: two (steam) ovens, Quooker, refrigerator, dishwasher and hob. The sliding doors give access to the terrace with a large dining table. Through the kitchen you enter the utility room where there is a freezer and you can go outside through the back door. There is also a toilet here. Two bedrooms have a double bed. The third bedroom is now the children's room and has a bunk bed and a bed underneath. An additional crib can be added.

From the house you look towards the orchard. A trampoline with climbing tree is available for the scramblers. There is also a picnic table overlooking the orchard. Green, free and yet close to amenities such as supermarket, bakery, cheese maker and butcher. Diepenveen is located on the outskirts of Deventer and has lots of greenery. In five minutes you are outside the village in the woods and you can walk all day via various estates. Around Diepenveen there are many old estates and there are many walking and cycling routes. There is also a beautiful single track mountain bike path where you can possibly ride all the way around Deventer. The center of the beautiful Hanseatic city of Deventer is a 15-minute bike ride away. Deventer with its history, many terraces, nice restaurants, the river IJssel and various events has much to offer.
