The nature house is located in the middle of a beautiful forest and mountain landscape, edge v / h village on a dead end road. The backyard runs into the corresponding forest part, peace and 100% privacy! You live the house always completely alone. This ground floor apartment has 1 bedroom with a 2 pers.bed, woonkmr / full kitchen including oven, shower, toilet, everything is new. Terrace / balcony, outdoor kitchen with beautiful mountain views. Veranda with barbecue and outdoor fireplace. Large canopy with lounge set, table tennis. Incl. use of a 2 pers. IR sauna, a 6 pers. massage Spa and a hot outdoor shower. With NO use of the spa you get a discount of €. 20, - p / night. In winter, due to the high energy costs (oil, heating, electricity) from Oct. 1 to April 30, we have to charge €. 10, - extra p/n. Watch TV via streaming with app on your mobile / tablet. eg Ziggo, Netflix. CAUTION! With more than 2 pers. you all stay upstairs, with 2 x 2 pers. slpkmrs, larger woonkmr and badkmr, fireplace. Nature and surroundings
Truly a nature house. Behind the house the plot slopes down to the associated forest and small gorge with stream. From our own part of the forest is accessible, not everywhere are paths. Not suitable for small children because of the height differences. You are in the middle of nature, do not look up from a boar, fox, squirrel, red kite, deer, or raccoon that can literally stand on your doorstep! There is much to see and do in the area. You can eat delicious and not too expensive, already at 4 min driving distance, incl fresh bakery open 7 days ! There is a high watchtower (Panabora) with tree canopy path, playground etc, 15 min drive, also very nice for children. The special country house Elmores must be experienced, 60s etc. music, food and drink in the forest under the roof of a former steel factory. Supermarkets and stores in 10 min drive. Cologne center in 45 min by train. A folder with leaflets is in the residence. We are always available for tips and questions.
