Detached vacation home with unique outdoor garden area with lounge set. Large enclosed garden with lots of privacy. A dog is welcome. In the living room a separate area with large dining table and 5 chairs. Games available. The house is located on a small and quiet private park in Egmond a/d Hoef on the edge of the dunes. 3 km from the beach and sea. The house is very complete. The kitchen is with a 5 burner gas stove. Complete inventory with pans, extensive crockery and glasses set. A dishwasher with dishwasher tablets. A refrigerator and separate freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, milk frother and kettle. A washing machine and dryer for free use. Smart TV with extensive channel package and Netflix. Fireplace( fireplace block available) Towels and beds made at no additional cost. In the garden is a large dining table with adjustable chairs and cushions. Also two sunbeds with cushions. Sunshade on the terrace.
Nature and surroundings
House is near most beautiful dune area of the Netherlands. Several opportunities for walking( routes available) and cycling in this area. In 10 minutes you can cycle to the beach and the sea. Egmond aan Zee is a cozy seaside resort with many cafes and restaurants. There is a serene peace at the house which you will experience as soon as you are there. At 700 m from the house are stores (supermarket, bakery, butcher, fish store, delicatessen store and a wine shop) these are open 7 days a week. Supermarket open from 8 am to 10 pm.
