The yurt is spacious (7 m. average) detached, idyllic in the middle of the orchard. For those who seek silence and nature. Building materials are 100% organic. Fully insulated with sheep's wool felt and burnt cork floor insulation. Domed skylight, 2 windows and door provide light and views. Rented from May to mid-October. Simple furnishings: double mattress in the middle under the roof dome / sitting area: table + 2 chairs/sheep's wool mats & meditation cushions/table with thermos flask, cups, glasses, water jug. Small natural toilet for the night. Shared use of WC, kitchen & bathroom in the house. Internet in and in front of the house. Vaulted cellar and fridge in the house for food storage. Sitting area next door with both shade and sun. No electricity: solar lamp, candle lantern. Wood stove (contribution on site for possible wood, electricity and gas stove). Nature and surroundings
The property has a great diversity of trees and wild herbs. The landscape around Relsberg is slightly hilly up to 400m. There are hiking and cycling trails in the vicinity. Culture/nature: e.g. Donnersberg nature reserve approx. 30 min. (Celtic country, hiking area, Celtic village, Celtic garden) Palatinate Forest - biosphere reserve approx. 45 min. (here you can also swim in the Eiswoog). Disibodenberg on the Hildegard von Bingen pilgrimage route approx. 30 min. (cafe, silent path, monastery ruins, labyrinth). The medieval towns of Meisenheim and Otterberg with restaurants and hiking trails approx. 15 min. away. Wineries and wine tasting. Wolfstein lime mine 10 min. Hiking: Wolfsweg and Königsbergweg. Salines - hiking along the salines and the Nahe river in the spa town of Bad Kreuznach Gastronomy 5 min (sports canteen simple cuisine) 10 min. away in Wolfstein (Italian restaurant). Swimming? There is a beautiful outdoor swimming pool in Wolfstein (approx. 10 min.) and lakes approx. 40 min. away (Eiswoog and Gelterswoog).
