The chalet is located on a quiet family park with other wooden cottages. The cottage has no bathroom/toilet, but is about 15 meters from the well-maintained toilet building. The cottage has a spacious living room with lots of glass and 2 bedrooms. In the larger bedroom there is a double bed (140x200) - you can put a baby bed here. In the smaller one there is a bunk bed (80x200). The price you pay includes: bed linen, bath towels, tea towels/dish towels, the use of three bicycles, free parking for 1 car right next to the cottage, fast Wifi connection. Please note: Camping fee of € 4,50 p.p.p.n. for children from 4 to 12 years is € 2,75 p.p.p.n. For weekly rentals there is a max price of € 65,- per cottage per week. The cottage is close to the beach (5 min bike ride) and in the middle of the woods and beautiful dune area. There is a supermarket within walking distance, as well as several good restaurants with terraces. The special bird lake 'De Petten' is just around the corner. Bergen, Schoorl and Alkmaar are also within reach and worth a visit. Take a nice walk through the beautiful nature reserve 'The Schoorl Dunes', walk to the beach in about 20 min or discover the beautiful bicycle routes adjacent to the cottage. Are you coming with children? There are several activities to do for young and old. Visit the lagoon of Camperduin with the large play ship, roll down from the 'Klimduin' in Schoorl or undertake a beach activity such as kite flying, supping or surfing.
