On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room of 57m² with granite tiles and ceiling beams, along with a stunning view of the moat. Adjacent is a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, oven, electric stove, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Via a shared staircase, you'll reach the first and second floors. Both floors have a private corridor connecting two spacious rooms, all with breathtaking views of the moat and the vineyard, and they have adjoining bathrooms.
