This elegant first-floor apartment has access to a garden, also shared with other guests. Camps for children are held there during the weekend parties, it has all the ingredients for a relaxing holiday with family or friends, in a green oasis near the border with the Netherlands. This apartment is situated on a World UNESCO Heritage site. Johannes van den Bosch and his Society of Benevolence founded the fifth colony of benevolence in 1822, in the Belgian sub-municipality of Wortel. At the time, Wortel as a village was still part of the United Kingdom of the Netherlands. It has been officially registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site as a cultural landscape since the year 2021. The kitchen offers guests the opportunity to prepare a delicious meal, before enjoying it together at the dining table. The residence has an elegant living room with a cozy fireplace and a TV. There is a spacious parking lot, please do not park in the courtyard! This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies/workers will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged. Note: The garden is private and only accessible in consultation with the owner, due to the presence of the colorful animal farm. Additionally, access to the garden should be mentioned as restricted in connection with school and youth camps.
