These Suites are part of Buitenplaats Zummer. A 1.5-hectare country estate with a rich history and lots of greenery. In addition to the Suites, you will find a monumental farm on the country estate, which also serves as an exclusive meeting location. Comfort, warmth and cosiness are very important to us. This is also reflected in the suites. The suites are equipped with a luxurious box-spring bed (180 x 2.10 m) on the ground floor and 2 single beds on the (open) mezzanine (note, steep stairs to reach this), a nice sitting area by the wood-burning fireplace, a record player with the possibility to connect bluetooth, a sitting area for breakfast, an equipped kitchen with induction hob and a modern bathroom with rain shower, sink and toilet. Bed and bath linen is included. In the bathroom you will find sustainable care products and a nice bathrobe. The cottage has French doors, so you can welcome the sun in the morning. We are happy to give you tips about fun activities in the area during your stay. You don't have to be bored in this region, there is plenty to discover. Located in the land of Maas and Waal and literally between the rivers Maas and Waal. A nice central location in the country. A very water-rich environment with numerous cycling routes, many ferries and foot ferries in the area. Less than 3 km away you will find the recreation area De Gouden Ham, from here you can make a fantastic canoe or kayak tour with a closing BBQ on 1 of the islands. The largest garden inspiration park in NL, the Gardens of Appeltern, is a few minutes away and is worth a visit in every season. Prefer to go into town? The cities of Nijmegen, Den Bosch, Arnhem and Tiel can be reached within a maximum of half an hour. Grave, Ravenstein, Megen and Zaltbommel are nice historical places to visit. Don't feel like leaving? The outdoor area is also wonderful to relax.
