Sweet vacation farmhouse for up to 4 persons. The old-Terschelling style farmhouse is ideally situated near woods and dunes in the middle of the island. The detached farmhouse is surrounded by a large garden and you can spot birds from the terrace with French doors facing west. Inside, the cottage is cozy and nicely decorated with plenty of living space with a cozy sitting area. There is a large dining table with an open kitchen. The farmhouse has ample basic facilities and is timbered inside which gives a wonderful natural atmosphere. And if you really want it like the old days, you can sleep in a real box bed! The farmhouse has a bedroom with a double bed. The upper floor is a loft with 2 single beds. The new beds provide maximum sleeping comfort. The cottage is heated by fine underfloor heating. The bathroom has a bathtub, shower and sink; there is also a washing machine here.

The island of Terschelling offers you a lot of nature. The wonderful salty air already meets you when you travel to the island. From the farmhouse it is really only a 1-minute walk to the forest and dunes of Formerum. Endless nature awaits you. If you are looking for the Waddendijk, you will be there in less than 5 minutes by bike. A 10-minute bike ride will already take you to the North Sea beach. Furthermore, the farmhouse is situated in the middle of the island which gives you a very nice base to explore the island. The farm is quietly located, but not isolated. The village of Formerum with its mill has a few restaurants and a well-stocked supermarket with its own bakery. All this is within walking/cycling distance from the farmhouse.
