The cottage is located in a rural and wooded area of the Millevaches Regional Natural Park (Parc Naturel Régional de Millevaches). This Nature Park is located in the Limousin region and is characterized by beautiful nature and tranquility. The vacation home is a former baker's cottage (fournil), which was completely renovated in 2020-2021 into a comfortable vacation home with all amenities. There are 4 fixed beds. There is also a (fixed) crib available. The stairs in the house(2) are equipped with child gates. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, oven, induction hob, coffee maker and dishwasher. In the bathroom there is a spacious shower, toilet and sink. On a veranda of over 20 m2 you can enjoy the beautiful view and the tranquility of the surroundings. In addition, you can use the adjacent garden with plenty of shade.

Conjat is a hamlet, belonging to the commune of Saint Julien-le-Petit. The cottage is located at the edge of the hamlet, directly on a hiking trail. The location can definitely be called unique, with a beautiful view of a valley with forest edge. At dusk, game can regularly be spotted. The nights are still real night without light pollution. After sunset you can enjoy a beautiful starry sky and the call of tawny owls. The cottage is located just 15 km from Lac de Vassivière, 10 km from Lac de Ste Hélène and 5 km from the Maulde with several beautiful beaches of excellent quality swimming water. For hikers, the region offers all possibilities. There are several hiking trails in the vicinity of the cottage. Those who enjoy cycling and mountain biking (VTT) will also find what they are looking for. The secondary roads are particularly quiet with little motorized traffic. The roads are perfectly passable by (racing) bike.
