This nature house with private shower and toilet is located in a vacation farmhouse, in the beautiful Beemster. The room is located on the second floor of the farmhouse and accessible by a wide staircase. There is a central room, where coffee, tea, cold drinks and snacks are available. In your room you will find a box-spring bed and a table with two chairs. The window gives a view of the meadows. There is excellent Wi-Fi and a television. In our yard there is always something to do for young and old. The animals (including alpacas) love attention and every evening the children can help feed them. With us you can rent canoes, and in front of the door in the Beemster canal. By the way, this is also a wonderful swimming spot! Bicycles can be rented on request. Our farm has a luxury vacation home for 6 persons and several B&B rooms; combined booking is possible. NB. adding a baby bed is possible, but at the expense of the seat. Your stay includes breakfast
Nature and surroundings
Cycling, canoeing and hiking through UNESCO World Heritage Site the Beemster or one of the surrounding nature reserves is wonderful. You can also moor your boat at our jetty. Within 25 minutes by car you can reach the cozy cities of Alkmaar, Hoorn and Purmerend, as well as Amsterdam within half an hour. Volendam/Edam and other picturesque villages are nearby and easily accessible. Fancy a day at the beach? The North Sea beach (Castricum, Egmond, Hargen aan zee) can be reached in about 25 minutes by car.
