The view, tranquility and privacy are the main feature of B&B Thuisland in Terwolde. You have an unobstructed view over the meadows, with the sunset on the left in the evening and the dike along the IJssel on the right. The b&b is located at the back of a large barn at the edge of the yard. Through a small path you can walk to a private seat at the edge of the meadow. For the lover of peace and quiet ideal. The B&B is new and spacious. A new double bed, a kitchenette, sitting area, bathroom with rain shower and a loft (with sofa and single bed). There is no TV in this b&b, but there is wifi so you can watch yourself with a laptop. Through the garden doors you have a view of your private terrace and meadow. In the morning at the time you wish, a fresh breakfast is waiting for you under the canopy. With instax camera, to take home a selfie as a souvenir :) Cooking facilities for longer stays by arrangement.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located in the middle of the meadows, with a private terrace and unobstructed views. You can do beautiful walking, running, cycling or cycling here. The river IJssel is close by, behind the dike. In five minutes you can walk along or through the floodplains. If you look on Google Maps, you can see how we are situated between the meadows. Regularly you will spot (or hear) storks when you walk or are outside here. Welsum, Twello, Epe, Oene, Zutphen and big cities like Deventer and Apeldoorn are close by. (Deventer is 15 minutes by car, 30 minutes by bike.) Also sauna Bussloo is nearby. A green wide area, with many clog paths. Teuge Airport, the barefoot path, Woeste Willem in De Worp, nature reserve De Mijntjes; plenty to do.
