Luxury cozy bungalow with underfloor heating where you can enjoy a well-deserved vacation or a wonderful weekend away. This bungalow with spacious woodland garden is located on the edge of our park, with unobstructed views over meadows and towards forest edges. You will see deer and hares and also the squirrel will regularly be seen. The garden borders the Het Korenburgerveen. Downstairs: Spacious living room with separate TV room. Sliding doors to terrace. Very complete kitchen with cooking island and pantry/storage room. Bathroom with shower. Underfloor heating. Wood stove. Upstairs: 1 spacious bedroom with 2 box spring beds. 1 bedroom with 2 person bed. 1 bedroom with 1 person bed. Toilet and separate room with washer and dryer. Garden: 600 m2 rich forest garden. Terrace with 7 (reclining) chairs. Spacious barn with electricity. Pets and smoking not allowed.

You can walk straight from your bungalow to the beautiful nature reserve Het Korenburgerveen with its fields, meandering streams and old farms. You can customize a walk or bike ride through the largest hiking and biking trail network in the Netherlands! The variation in woods, meadows, rolling countryside, beautiful farms and wonderful nature makes Winterswijk a very popular walking and cycling area, both cycling and walking nodes.
