This beautifully situated vacation home in Schoorl/ Camperduin is suitable for two people and is just 100 meters from the most beautiful dune area and only 600 meters from the North Sea beach and the bird sanctuary "de Putten". You can start walking in the dunes directly in front of the door or to go cycling. Stores, supermarket, bakery, butcher, restaurant etc. are only one kilometer away. Alkmaar with its cheese market can be reached in 30 minutes.

Impression: see: Youtube Bird sanctuary "De Putten" is in spring and summer the breeding and habitat of bird species such as the Great Tern, avocet, redshank, shelduck, spoonbill and various gull species. De Putten is located between Camperduin beach and the village of Petten. In Schoorl is the highest dune area in the Netherlands, the Schoorl Dunes. This dune heath walk takes you along the most beautiful heathlands in this area. Around August the heather is in bloom. Dogs are not allowed in this area. It is a varied and beautiful walk through forest, dunes and heaths. Hargen aan Zee has been our favorite for many years. Quiet, nice wide beach. No whipped up crowds. Great parking, but from Schoorl you can also get there via a beautiful bike path within minutes.
