In the rental from summer 2023 , a beautiful fully preserved vacation villa. This spacious house with a thick "wow" factor has a living area of about 220 m2 and has been completely renovated, new bathrooms, kitchens, floors, outdoor kitchen, really everything has been addressed to make it pleasant and comfortable for guests in a beautiful quiet location in the green Bosrijk Ruighenrode. There are many second homes on this park where owners who come there for their peace and quiet. Very suitable for families with (grand)children or special groups. You do not need to leave the door to go out to eat with such a beautiful spacious kitchen, a very extensive outdoor kitchen with wine cooler, grill and pizza oven. Spacious tables and seating both inside or as well as outside. Just about everything has been thought of, so you won't easily go wrong. There is (for a fee) a very spacious hot tub where you can be with 10 people at a time. With a sauna there is the wellness complete
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located on the edge of Het Grote Veld, a forest area between Lochem, Vorden and Warnsveld (close to Zutphen). There are beautiful hiking trails in this area. The forest area of the Lochemse berg is also very close by. Here, because of the differences in height, you have magnificent views of the surroundings. You almost imagine yourself abroad. These forest areas were last year voted one of the most beautiful mountain bike routes in the Netherlands. You can enjoy challenging single tracks or the extensive forest trails. From the bungalow you can cycle along quiet back roads, free cycle paths and beautiful lanes to the castle village of Vorden. The nearby Hanseatic cities of Zutphen and Deventer are definitely worth a visit. The swimming pool de Beemd 600 meters away is a household name in Lochem and surroundings and offers numerous recreational opportunities. The historic center of Lochem with its many stores, cozy restaurants and several supermarkets is 10 minutes by bike.
