This cottage 2 to 4 person vacation home. Beautifully hidden in the green. In the woods near Holten a few km away from the Holterberg ( part of the national park, the Sallands Heuvelrug ) The house is surrounded by a beautiful woodland garden. On a total area of 1400m2 own land. It stands in a recreation area with about 500 other private vacation homes. Everything is spacious. It is not a vacation park. You have a lot of privacy here. The house is ground floor, barrier-free and fully equipped with underfloor heating. It is an ideal house for both summer and winter. It has a large terrace and around the house also many seating options. 2 bedrooms with box springs. The beds are made for you. This house may be used by a maximum of 4 people. At the house and on the (park) are no facilities for children. Very suitable for seniors. Pets are prohibited. Away from the crowd. Enjoy nature! Look at the pictures and judge for yourself.
Nature and surroundings
THIS vacation home is for people who love peace and quiet, like to go cycling through the woods or walking on the moors of the Holterberg. (Part of the national park, the Sallandse Heuvelrug). In the area there are many places to eat. We find it pleasant and you may also, to contact each other before arrival. Also with questions, always welcome. You will be welcomed on arrival with a cup of coffee.
