Our new casa is located near the coast of Fano in Le Marche. The authentic Marchian farmhouse is tastefully, modernly furnished and has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 7). Besides a large covered cozy portico with luxury lounge set, it has a swimming pool (10x5) from 2023. The private house is located on a country road in the middle of nature, yet in 5 car minutes to a village with all amenities. The garden is fully fenced and is 4000m2. In the beautifully landscaped garden are olive trees and various fruit trees. Nearby are beautiful castle villages and beautiful natural areas. You will also find in the immediate vicinity numerous restaurants where you can eat or drink. Nature and surroundings
Our casa is surrounded by nature, among the marchian hills on a so-called "white road". (Well passable gravel road) you look out over the hills and the garden is very private (not overlooked) at 5 minutes drive you will find important amenities such as a bakery and supermarket and possibly restaurants. At 20 minutes you will find the charming coastal town of Fano with its beautiful beaches. In the area there is much to do and see within a short drive
