Nature house in Coo / Stavelot

The front door is on the First floor, you come out on the mezzanine, where a (triple) bedroom, separate toilet and bathroom are also located. With an open staircase down you come into the cozy sitting and dining area, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher & microwave oven and sliding doors to the south-facing terrace. There is a detached wood stove. Stoking instructions are described in the folder in the cottage. Wood can be obtained at the supermarket/building store. There are also electric radiators. Downstairs is the second (double) bedroom with sink. There is a stair gate at the bottom of the stairs, a highchair, camp bed and the terrace is fenced making this cottage suitable for young children. On the park we have our own water source. For people who have difficulty walking, the park is less suitable because of the stairs leading to the cottage (the houses are terraced against a hill). In winter, snow chains are definitely recommended!

Our cottage, completely renovated in the fall of 2022, is located in Coo, Stavelot. It is located in a forest, on a hill, with several dozen cottages in the park, a small vacation park in the Belgian Ardennes where you can do endless hiking, biking and canoeing. In winter you can ski and gelanglauft. The park offers no amenities. Our cottage is single, with an unobstructed view of the Amblève valley from our terrace! An ideal base for hikers, cyclists, peace seekers and nature lovers. But also stay at home is not a punishment with the beautiful view from the sitting and dining area through the windows over the full width of the cottage! At over a kilometer (walking) distance are the waterfalls of Coo, Plopsa-Coo, several restaurants and terraces, and various tourist activities. Coo-adventure offers a wide choice of outdoor sports and family activities. Supermarkets and bakeries can be found in Trois Ponts, a few kilometers away.
