In a quiet, wooded area between Ommen and Dalfsen located chalet with wooden shed and spacious garden with terrace. Comfortable, well insulated chalet with all amenities: kitchen with 4-burner gas hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave oven and Nespresso coffee machine. Garden-oriented living room with bay window and sliding doors giving access to the lovely garden with south-facing terrace. Two bedrooms and bathroom with shower and toilet. In the storage room are a washer and dryer, garden furniture and a parasol. For a fee, the two bikes can be used (1 men's and 1 women's bike, 5 euros per bike per day). The chalet is located on a quiet park, without playground, swimming pool, etc. In short: nice and quiet.TV reception is with digitenne: the public channels are available. Radio on the TV can also be played via digitenne. There is a speaker to play music (via bluetooth).
Nature and surroundings
The chalet is located on a small and quiet park in the beautiful Vechtdal area. Very bike and walking friendly environment with an unlimited supply of routes to enjoy the vast forests, the rivers Vecht and Regge (rent a kayak!), the Lemelerberg and Archemerberg, the cultural landscape with beautiful farms, estates, villages and hamlets. Suitable for a few days but certainly also for a longer vacation. Overijssel is a beautiful province with, besides pure nature, a wide range of recreational facilities and sights. In the chalet you will find a large amount of brochures for inspiration, as well as a walking map.

Ook de ontvangst van 3 tv zenders vinden wij erg tegenvallen.

Spijtig te vernemen dat het weer niet goed was en er op oudjaarsavond door andere gebruikers van het park vuurwerk is afgestoken
Als verhuurder heb ik daar geen invloed op helaas.
U had even contact met mij kunnen opnemen zodat ik had kunnen helpen met het benaderen van deze mensen.
Wat betreft het aantal zenders, er zijn er 5: de 3 publieke zenders en 2 regionale zenders zijn beschikbaar, zoals aangegeven in de advertentie.
Wat er gerenoveerd zou moeten worden aan het huisje is onduidelijk. U heeft zelfs van een gloednieuwe badkamer kunnen genieten.
Niettemin dank voor uw feedback.Nature, peace & environment:Door het slechte weer hebben wij niet veel van de natuur kunnen genieten.
In de omschrijving staat : een vuurwerkvrij huisje. Hierdoor dachten wij een rustige oudejaarsavond te krijgen, ook omdat de eigenaar meermaals liet weten dat de buren op hun rust gesteld zijn. Tot onze schrik werd er een olievat gevuld met houtblokken aangestoken, waar de buren bij elkaar kwamen. Om 12 uur werd er vuurwerk afgestoken, dit alles op nog geen 10 meter van onze auto. In het park ging men tot 4 uur door met vuurwerk afsteken.
