A Hidden gem in the Krimpenerwaard. The place to unwind and recharge. Welcome to our property, a beautiful cottage / B & B in the front house of our old farm. Our vacation home breathes history and character, but is simultaneously equipped with all modern conveniences. Including its own full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with electrically adjustable double bed (220cm long), double sofa/folding bed in the living room and a terrace in private orchard. From both the cottage and the garden, you have an unobstructed view of the open, endless polders of the Krimpenerwaard. Bed, bath and kitchen linen provided.
Nature and surroundings
The Krimpenerwaard is one of the largest contiguous stroke landscapes in the world. Here you will find vast horizons, endless ditches, long tithe roads and, above all, lots of natural beauty. The Krimpenerwaard is known for its beautiful meadows, with many special meadow birds. Here you can walk and cycle to your heart's content. There is also an extensive canoe network in the Krimpenerwaard. In addition, historic cities such as Gouda, Haastrecht and Schoonhoven are just a proverbial stone's throw away. Here you can enjoy museums, history, restaurants and wonderful terraces. Would you like to visit the big city? That too is possible, as Rotterdam is a 20-minute drive away. In short, find the ultimate tranquility in Krimpenerwaard without being far from the city. You are most welcome!
