Brand new luxury vacation home (built 2022) for 4 persons (96 m2, ground floor) in the middle of the beautiful Vulkaneifel. Fantastic to get away from it all, enjoy nature and recover from the hustle and bustle around you. You step out the door and you are directly in the beautiful rolling landscape of the Vulkaneifel. No traffic and almost no people. Hiking and mountain bike trails start right outside the door. You can be on the road for hours and only encounter foxes, deer or roe deer. The house has two bedrooms, each with a luxurious large bathroom with walk-in shower. A guest toilet with small sink has also been thought of. The comfortable furnishings leave nothing to be desired! Your playlist can be heard through the Marshall box and on the SmartTV you can follow your Netflix series. Your pet is welcome on request only! There is a charging station for your E-car at your disposal. Be surprised, a stay in this nature house is one to remember!
Nature and surroundings
The beautiful Vulkaneifel, with its hiking trails around the maars (volcanic crater lakes), invites to unforgettable tours. The Lieserpfad, the Traumpfade or the Eifelsteig are among the popular hiking trails. Here both the pleasure hiker and the ambitious sportsman find the perfect balance to the stressful everyday life. The nearby city of Trier invites not only a day out with historical sights, but also a leisurely stroll through the city. In the city of Koblenz, just 50 km away, you can visit Ehrenbreitstein Castle and "Deutsche Eck". 2 shopping centers (Forum Mittelrhein, Löhrcenter) provide dry shopping in rainy weather. The Eifel has much to offer not only for hiking enthusiasts, but also for cyclists. You can explore the numerous bike trails on your own or with a guide.
