Unique vacation home with use of swimming pool. On our finca rustica with 12 ha. of land is la casita; a complete nature house of 25m2. La casita is suitable for up to 2 adults and is tastefully decorated. From the terrace you enter the sitting room, the bathroom is on the left with shower sink and toilet. There is a pantry and doors to the bedroom with a double bed. La casita is equipped with awnings. From the terrace, there is a beautiful view over the olive trees, the forest and the mountains. Towels, kitchen linen and bed linen are included. Furthermore, the cottage is equipped with all the necessary facilities and a communal swimming pool (5 x 10) can be used. In addition, there is a wonderful quiet environment for beautiful walks and be surprised by the beautiful nature and tranquility! Electricity comes 100% from solar energy and water comes from its own source.
Nature and surroundings
Our house is at about 160mtr altitude our land is 12 ha of which 4.5 ha is forest. The rest is full of olive, fruit and almond trees. The first neighbors cannot be seen, they are 1.5 km away. From TV3022 it is another 10 minutes drive on a mountain road. The first part is asphalt, then an adventurous country road. It is a green area with few people. The first village is Rasquera, small but nice. And even a supermarket open on Sundays! For the first beach you have to drive 30 car minutes. Furthermore, we are close (40 minutes by car) to the delta d'ebre. It is the area where the river Ebro flows into the sea. And it has a rich flora and fauna. So much diversity and a beautiful view and tranquility and friendliness. but also fishing biking hiking for all tastes, the environment and the view are beautiful.
