Corinne and Philippe welcome you. Fully-equipped tent lodge nestled in the heart of nature at 870 m altitude, overlooking the valley and the Alps. Access from Pentecost to September to a shared heated swimming pool, sauna all year round (optional, €30 for 1 hour for 4). Ideal for 5 people, up to 7 possible. This comfortable lodge tent will seduce you with its charm and style. You'll live close to nature and in the fresh air. Equipped kitchen opening onto living room with table and chairs, lounge with sofa bed. Shower room, WC, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160; 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90 above). Sheltered terrace with barbecue. Garden and garden furniture. Beds made up, tea towels and bath mats provided. Towels optional (€5 per person). End-of-stay cleaning optional (€40). Tourist tax to be paid on site. The Sous les étoiles Safari Lodge shares this magnificent Chirol site with our home and 3 independent, non-adjoining gîtes. Pets not allowed.
Nature and surroundings
The tent is set in the middle of a meadow in the Ardèche region, in a peaceful setting. From the terrace in the middle of the garden, without any light pollution, you can contemplate the stars... Numerous hiking trails start from the tent. Climbing nearby. Peaugres safari 30 minutes away, hot-air balloon flight in Annonay, coach museum in Vanosc. Boules pitch on site. You can also take one of our 3 donkeys for a ride: Tequila is 16, Diego is 9 and Saba is 2. They can carry your picnic! (35€ for 1/2 day, 50€ for 1 day). As much as possible, we respect the environment: organic cleaning products, sheets cleaned with natural products and air-dried, selective sorting of household waste, compost bin, no use of pesticides for the upkeep of green spaces. The hamlet of Chirol is located high up in the sunny Pinsole valley. Vanosc 4 km, Annonay 17 km, A7 exit 45 minutes away.
