.This rural house is a farmhouse located on a hill, isolated, with a magnificent view, the hills of Tuscany and 'Umbria. The farmhouse is organically cultivated, arable crops such as wheat, corn, sunflower and alfalfa are grown. Part of the land is planted with walnut trees, then there are 200 olive trees. There is no noise and light pollution. In autumn there are wonderful sunsets; from the woods below you can see deer and wild boar coming over the meadows. The farmhouse is independent of electricity supply because it produces electricity. On the farm we have two buildings, one houses the farmhouse, where there are 7 beds, and the Nest the other has two apartments, with considerable privacy. Near the pool there are two gazebos. The apartment has two double bedrooms, a large bathroom with shower and a kitchenette separate from the living room; on the large terrace you can eat and see the wonderful view.
Nature and surroundings
'agritourism is located in a hilly environment, at an elevation of 250m asl, with cultures of arable çgran, corn, sunflower, alfalfa and to tree crops (walnut, cherry). There are natural forests populated by wild boar, wolves, deer and roe deer, as well as raptors, pheasants, porcupines, foxes. Early in the morning or at night you can observe the animals. From the farmhouse it is possible to walk to Chiusi, Villastrada., along unpaved roads, where cars do not normally pass. The farm is organically farmed, producing olive oil, without the use of chemicals and fertilizers. Rainwater is collected. From the farm you can quickly get to Chiusi, you can walk around the shores of Lake Chiusi, you can reach the most beautiful villages around Lake Trasimeno, you can quickly reach the most beautiful cities , such as Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Spello, Spoleto, Siena, Arezzo. At 3 km you can take the train to Rome with an hour's journey.
