This nature house is located in a beautiful natural area in the Ardèche and is located in an old water mill dating back to 1727. The GÎte is on the ground floor and renovated while maintaining its authentic elements. There is a sleeping/sitting area, a spacious kitchen with a fridge/freezer, oven/microwave, and 4 burners. There is also a dining table with 2 chairs, a shower with sink and toilet. You stay completely private in the gÎte with its own entrance and garden. There is a small stream where there is a lovely sitting area. Everything is included in the price. No additional additional costs. The house is in a peaceful, quiet natural environment from where you can make nice walks. The village of St Felicien is 8 minutes by car. With E-Bikes it is wonderful cycling in the beautiful nature.
Nature and surroundings
Nature in the area where the mill stands is beautiful. It therefore has much to offer the natuuŕ lover. There are hiking, mountain biking and cycling routes. In May there are thousands of flowers growing beautifully in the wild. The location is between two small villages. The village of St Felicien is an 8-minute drive away. Here there are small bakeries, a butcher, two supermarkets, restaurants and a cafe. There is a market on Fridays and Sundays where mainly organic products are sold. Tournon sûr Rhone is a larger town half an hour away. Here are all kinds of nice stores. The steam train runs through the mountains. In Lamastre on Tuesday is a lively market with delicious local products. This is about 40 minutes away via a scenic route. The Ardeche is known for its delicious local products and authentic cuisine. There is a wide range of delicious organic products from the region and where they are rightly very proud.
