The comfortably furnished non-smoking house has a living space of 90m2 and on the upper floor there is a large living room with sitting area, Smart TV, hi-fi system and Blue-Ray player. W-Lan is available free of charge on request. 2 bedrooms: 15m2 with double bed (160x200), 12m2 with bunk bed for two persons. On both floors there is a small shower room of about 7m2. On the first floor there is a well-equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher. The kitchen gives access to the terrace. A Weber barbecue is part of the house inventory as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. Wood for one visit to the sauna is included in the price. Additional wood costs 30€. Towels and bed linen must be brought by the tenants, but can be provided at a cost of €10 per person. From a rental period of 7 days, linen is included in the price.
Nature and surroundings
North Hesse - Sauerland - Waldecker Upland - Rothaargebirge: outside the village of Rattlar, at the foot of the "Dommel", there is a detached house with a separate wood-fired sauna in a wonderful location on the edge of the forest. It is located directly on the Uplandsteig hiking trail and only a 10-minute walk from the start of the Diemelsteig hiking trail, i.e. on the border of the Willingen and Diemelsee vacation regions and therefore close to nature in the middle of a hiking, cycling, winter and water sports paradise. Both the Diemelsee and the lagoon leisure pool in Willingen as well as the Mühlenkopf ski jump can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Those looking for the hustle and bustle will certainly not find it here. However, if you are looking for inspiring closeness to nature, leisure, relaxation and recreation, this is the place for you. Enjoy the wonderfully unobstructed view of the graceful mountain landscape and listen to the mysterious whisper of the forest.
