The very spacious vacation home is located in the middle of the Perigord Nature Reserve. With its large living room with loft and open kitchen, everyone feels at home. It is equipped with TV - satellite and internet. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and fridge / freezer. Both upstairs and downstairs is a bathroom with toilet, one with a bathtub. There are 3 bedrooms available on request a 4th bedroom on the ground floor is possible, barrier free. The ground floor is level, through the French doors you step on the terrace. From the enclosed terrace you step into your own pool to cool off. Or enjoy the beautiful view from the picnic table under the apple orchard. There is a large plot of land around the house including a vegetable garden from which you may harvest seasonal vegetables. If you are looking for the specialties of French cuisine, a visit to the weekly markets is recommended. They can be visited in the neighboring towns.

The cottage is located in the heart of Natural Park the Perigord-Limousin. A nature reserve with forests as well as lakes and rivers. Enjoy the beautiful views of the glowing hills with the scenery of the French countryside. Limousin cows graze here and there in the meadows and with a little luck you may encounter deer while walking. Some hiking trails start right from the cottage. 2 km away you will find the castle of Jumilhac on the village square. Here you will find the tourist office, a small supermarket, the butcher, the cafe and a restaurant. Also in the village is the bakery with bread and delicacies. The area also offers opportunities for mountain bikers, mountaineers and canoeists. If you go for gold, you can indulge in the Gold Museum. Or behold the beautiful gold-fringed sunset from your own terrace while enjoying a glass of wine. Enjoy the beautiful views and experience peace, space and nature all around you.
