In southern France in the department of Gard, located at the foot of the Cevennes, is our beautiful villa with pool. It is located on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Goudargues. Goudargues is also called "the Venice of the Gard". Our villa is located on a hill where you can quietly enjoy a fantastic panoramic view of the Cèze Valley. This Nature House has two floors and a living area of 148 m2. The villa is surrounded by a garden of no less than 2,050 m2. The villa has three bedrooms with luxury box springs (90x200cm). One bedroom has a balcony with an unprecedented view. There are also two bathrooms (one with a bathtub) and a spacious living room from which you can enter one of the terraces through sliding doors. Outside you will find a private pool (heated in spring and autumn) with a terrace with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. Our villa is fully furnished and fully equipped.
Nature and surroundings
This house is located in Goudargues and the center of this picturesque town is less than a kilometer away.You can relax in the shade of the old plane trees, wandering through the peaceful alleys. Visitors can stroll around or hunt for bargains at the flea market held regularly in the village square. Also nice are the local products you can find in the artisan markets.You can go to Goudargues for all your shopping, restaurants, terraces, doctor, dentist, bank/postal stores. But also in the surroundings of Goudargues you will not be bored. You can play tennis just a few hundred meters from the villa and there are several canoe rental companies in the immediate vicinity. Wine tastings, museums, workshops and beautiful cities nearby. You can also enjoy the beautiful nature that the area offers. The river Cèze flows past the village and you can also enjoy fantastic canoeing here.
