NEW available since March 2023. A detached, simple, but pleasant cottage with a beautiful, expansive view. Warm and cozy in winter, too, with wood stove and heating! Welcome to our "Tiny house" on a dirt road, 100 meters away from where we live. With an area of about 35 m2, yet everything is provided for a pleasant stay. A fully equipped kitchen and sitting area (18 m2) with access to the terrace, a bedroom (11 m2), a small bathroom (2 m2) and a very nice wood stove (free wood). The space around the cottage is about 400 m2. The shed (9 m2) is not yet finished, but it can be used to store bicycles, for example. Internet is excellent. Organic beef next door! If you are not necessarily looking for top luxury (!) but a nice stay in a warm, simple, cozy and quiet place, then you will have a good time here! Also pleasant in autumn and winter. See you soon!
Nature and surroundings
Tiny house is located on a quiet dirt road in the outskirts of Aalten where there is hardly any traffic. However, some cyclists and hikers pass by, some of whom are quite interested in a chat! Should you want more privacy outside, you can also sit unseen behind the house. You do not have to go far for beautiful hiking or biking tours because they are right nearby. Just doing nothing is wonderful too, as you can enjoy the peace and quiet, the bird chirping and the beautiful view by staying home! Occasionally the rabbits, hares, pheasants or deer will pass by. There is also plenty to do for lovers of history or cities. The German city of Bocholt is only 12 km from here and it is an hour's drive to the Roman archaeological museum in Xanten, just to name a few. The local border markets or the book town of Bredevoort are also very popular. All sorts of things to do here, but doing nothing is certainly nice too!
