The studio is located on our finca, our estate, in hilly Polop. Amidst fruit trees and with views of the Leon Dormido and Sierra Bernia mountain ranges, the environment can be called paradisiacal. The studio is fully equipped with kitchen and bathroom and a lot of natural building materials have been used. You have plenty of light through the kitchen window and patio doors to the adjacent spacious terrace with cozy seating. You can also move out to the roof terrace above the studio from where you have breathtaking views. Wonderful place for a meditation or breakfast. The oil paintings add to the warm atmosphere. The bar adjacent to the kitchen is spacious and is a cozy place for a meal, drink or a board game. The studio is spacious, cozy and invites a nice vacation feeling. Relax in the beach chairs and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and tranquility. Mónica is your personal hostess during your stay, she lives on the estate.
Nature and surroundings
Our finca which is almost 20,000 m2 has a multitude of fruit trees where citrus fruits and olives predominate. Oranges, lemons, kumquats and olives in addition to medlars, figs , pomegranates, plums and apricots. And of course the grapes in our vineyard. We make our own delicious natural wines of which we are proud, among other products such as mermeladas, limoncello and olive oil. There are opportunities for hiking, cycling, but also an exploration by car through the varied and beautiful landscape of the Costa Blanca is a wonderful experience. There are restaurants galore, Mónica will be happy to advise you on this. The beach is available at 15 car minutes, at picturesque Altea or at Benidorm. There is plenty for every interest. Starting with a visit to the authentic village of Polop, on foot 10 min. The tranquility and nature will make you feel wonderful. Here they call it desconnectarse, a break from daily obligations.
