You can take a stroll through the cottage style garden or enjoy a picnic on the lawn or under the porch. There are surprisingly many different spots where you can sit and read a book or just relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. - Visit the Burgundian city of Breda a 10-minute drive away. Or go swimming at the Galderse lakes with sandy beach, 2 minutes away. - Beautiful walks can be made in the Mastbos with for the children the gnome trail. Adjacent is the Markdal. Other nature reserves are De Pannenhoef in Rijsbergen or a little further away the large nature reserve Kalmthoutse Heide. - Cycle the beautiful route "From Nassau to Van Gogh" along the "Aa of Weerijs" or through the Markdal along the river Mark and end up at the fathers in Belgium for a snack or drink.
