This cosy stone house (classified 3 * furnished tourism), has a private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.you will find a kitchen (equipped with induction hob, electric oven, fridge / freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster ...) a dining area for 2 people and an open-plan living room. There is a TNT television. A washing machine is also available. One bedroom with a 160*210 double bed. The bathroom includes a washbasin, shower cubicle and WC. This gîte is ideal for couples. A cot can be provided on request.
Nature and surroundings
Situated between Cahors and Agen, on the border of the Lot and Tarn-et-Garonne departments, you can go hiking, visit the bastides of the Lot-et-Garonne region, or sample the local produce (Cahors wines, Agen prunes, foie gras, tourtière).The estate lies in the middle of a south-east-facing combe, in the small village of Courbiac (47). It is the starting point for numerous hiking trails. 6 of France's most beautiful villages are less than 1 hour away by car, the furthest being 3 km from the nearest.10m*5m heated swimming pool, pétanque court, children's playground on a 1 ha plot. A tennis court is also available free of charge in the village (1km walk).
