Our vacation home is located in the outskirts of Lattrop. This house is suitable for up to 4 persons. The house has a living room with kitchen, furnished with sofa, coffee table, TV cabinet with Smarttv (incl. Netflix), dining table with 4 chairs, coffee maker (filter), kettle, stove, refrigerator, microwave, kitchen utensils and free WiFi. 2 bedrooms with double beds, bed linen and clothes rack. Bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and bath towels. Separate toilet equipped with toilet paper. Hallway with stairs leading upstairs. A spacious landing with sitting area. A shed for placing (and charging electric) bikes and a terrace overlooking the meadows. The house has a private driveway. And there is the possibility of a non-contact stay.
Nature and surroundings
It is located near a junction route for cycling and hiking. 9.4 km away is the cultural and tourist town of Ootmarsum and 12 km away is the shopping town of Nordhorn. Denekamp is also nearby at a distance of 8 km. There are several nature reserves nearby: In the backyard is the Lower Dinkel Valley. The Dinkel valley follows the course of the river De Dinkel. Here lies a unique meadow bird area The Ottershagen. Further away is De Bergvennen, Het Springendal, Singraven, Bad Bentheim and Het Lutterzand.
