Our new self-built chalet, is located in the middle of the wooded property of 1.5ha. region Bastogne (at 8min from Bastogne center and at 3min from Grand-Duchesse-de- Luxembourg), with total privacy with fauna and flora and a private driveway of 80 meters. Experience and become one with nature ; you will wake up with birdsong and see the squirrels jumping in the trees. Totally unwind and above all, EXPECT, ENJOY! This chalet has every comfort and can accommodate 6 to 12 people, with 4 x double bedrooms, 2 with integrated bathroom with walk-in shower, bathroom furniture and toilet, and upstairs 1 large bedroom (4 single beds + separate toilet), and also a spacious play and relaxation area with soccer table. Downstairs another large bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub, double vanity unit, separate toilet. A large living room, Wifi, TV, .... Outside you come through the large sliding window on a large and blissful terrace with beautiful views.
Nature and surroundings
You stay in the middle of nature, a private forest/property and another 12 Ha of forest - not ours - but where you can walk. And for that we ask you to respect nature in all its glory! Squirrels and numerous different bird species reside there and in particular the presence of the red waw, an exceptional protected bird of prey that to this day has its nest in one of our tallest trees. As a nature lover or peace seeker, you are in the perfect location; you can relax or take a brisk walk in the surrounding area. +/- 1 km away from the hiking trail, "Promenade des Moulins de la Wiltz". Not to mention the history of Bastogne during World War II, a nice tourist town with many restaurants and terraces. About 20 minutes drive away you are in Houffalize, also a nice town, worth visiting.
