Quietly located floating water villa with its own jetty. Located on the Gouden Ham in Maasbommel with open connection to the river Maas. The house can be reached on foot, by bicycle or by boat. From the terrace (approx. 20 m2) you can enjoy the water life and the sunrise. Your car can be parked in the private parking lot near the footbridge to the house.The house was recently renovated and fully equipped. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, dishwasher, steam oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc. In the bathroom there is a Jacuzzi bathtub. Adjacent there is an infrared sauna and on request you can use 2 sup boards. Visits are limited and must be reported in advance to the landlord.
Nature and surroundings
The quiet location on the water allows you to enjoy the many water birds accompanied by their young depending on the season. There is also a beaver lodge and the beavers regularly show themselves in the morning and evening hours. At Riverside you can rent several boats, surfboards or sup boards, as well as bikes or tandems. There are several restaurants in the immediate vicinity. In addition, in Maasbommel there is an ATM and agrishop where you can get most groceries. Both at Maasbommel and at Megen you can cross the Maas by ferry. During the summer months there is also a bicycle/pedestrian ferry to make the crossing. For those who like to go out, the Land of Maas and Waal offers numerous possibilities and there are also various means of transportation for rent. For water sports enthusiasts there are also many possibilities.
