With approx. 70 m², Haus Lea offers you enough space for 5 people. Three bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, 4-ring hob, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and many accessories leave nothing to be desired. Next to the new comfortable bathroom with floor-level rain shower, washing machine and towel radiator is the highlight: the sauna, which invites you to relax. The vacation home offers you a cozy living area with a wood-burning stove and an inviting dining area. You don't have to do without technical components such as: free Internet access via WLAN, Smart TV, DVD Blu-ray player and a stereo system. Electric underfloor heating is installed in the living area and in the fireplace. Inexpensive heating and cooling is possible with the heat pump. You can also use the terrace and the garden. Parking lot with plug. Two dogs are welcome, cats are not allowed.

Our Nature house is located at the intersection of the Teutoburg Forest and the Weserbergland in a vacation park in the beautiful Extertal. Directly on the edge of the forest on two beautiful hiking trails, this guarantees pure relaxation. The small vacation village is located away from traffic and industry in the small village of Rott. Surrounded by meadows and forests, you can enjoy nature and tranquillity in the small hilly landscape. Top hiking area.
