A beautiful house and accompanying gite located on 1.2 acres of land on a cul-de-sac. Fully equipped with swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, bocce court and space to enjoy together. In the large house there are, besides the kitchen, a living dining room and a playroom, 3 bathrooms and 10 sleeping places. On the ground floor there is a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. In the attic there are two double bedrooms with double bed and a sleeping loft with 4 single beds. In the gite we have a bathroom and kitchen with 4 sleeping places (one double bed and two single beds). Dogs are allowed and can run in the fenced garden. There are several terraces and sitting areas, in and out of the sun. The house and the outdoor areas are equipped with all the comforts to enjoy together. And when you want, we can also cook for you on request!
Nature and surroundings
Located on the edge of a forest on one side, vineyard on the other and open fields with wide views. All you hear are the birds and the frogs in the pond. Large trees provide wonderful shade if needed. The 1.2 acres is fully fenced so dogs and children can run around. Note that there is a (shallow) pond and the pool has no fence. There is a pool alarm.
