The 171 m² non-smoking house (former vacation home) is situated in an absolutely secluded location in the middle of the forest in the climatic health resort of Allrode (district of Thale) and is for sole occupancy.the property is approx. 1700 m², of which the garden is completely fenced in (140 high game fence).it is nestled in a small valley next to a stream. The driveway is often used by hikers, carriages or cyclists and since the nearest neighbors are approx. 600 m away, neither children's noise nor dogs barking will disturb you! The highlight of the house is the large tiled stove, which heats up to 90% of the house, and the old, cold floorboards have been replaced in all bedrooms and the playroom. The floors were completely rebuilt from scratch. The walls were also newly plastered with lime plaster and painted with ecological swamp lime paint. The deposit will be returned to the guest after the final cleaning. Pets: Well behaved dogs are very welcome in our cottage. 10 KWh/day electricity and 5 m³/day gas are included in the price!!!

Countless hiking trails start directly from the property. Rivers and lakes everywhere, many sights such as the Hexentanzplatz, summer toboggan run, caves, suspension bridge, western town, charcoal burning and much more. Many old half-timbered houses in the old towns such as Quedlinburg and Stolberg.
