This nature house has a unique location in the middle of the Lutterzand and can accommodate 5 people. If you enter the house from the veranda you come into a hallway where the shower is adjacent. From the hall you walk into the living room with a corner sofa and fireplace and TV. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher and oven. One bedroom has a large double bed, the second small bedroom has a single bed.In the shed is a third bedroom made, with a 2 person box spring bed. In the other hallway is the toilet and a closet. Both the kitchen and the room have a skylight. Through which you can spot the stars at night from the couch. There is also a shed next to the bedroom with a small freezer. There is a hot tub that you can rent separately.
Nature and surroundings
The Lutterzand is known from the meandering Dinkel which is at a distance of 500meter.bij the river is very nice for children to play with sand and water. It is a beautiful area for walking and cycling. Many bicycle routes run through the Lutterzand, also cycling to Germany is fine. There are beautiful cities nearby such as Ootmarsum, Bad Bentheim, Enschede and Nordhorn. But also at the cottage you can enjoy many birds, squirrels and deer. The cottage is so free that no one can see you. Look my other cottages 31105, 30062 and30061 There are within walking distance some restaurants, 1 with playground and 1 with miniature golf course. Also stands in the middle of the Lutte sand The Lutte Hutte for Lunch, ice cream and coffee.
