Do you love the sea, forest, space and tranquility? Renovated in 2023, plenty of privacy in our house by the sea in a beautiful natural forest garden of 1360m2! There is a new kitchen equipped with Siemens dishwasher, microwave/oven, fridge freezer and induction hob. And of course a Nespresso machine, kettle etc. In addition, a lovely large sofa, wood stove, TV with Netflix etc and Alexa soundbox. Fine bathroom. There are 2 2-ps bedrooms on the second floor, 1 with a 2-ps bed 180x200 and 1 with 2 1-ps beds. In the large garden there is a forest cabin with two more beds, which can be slept in the summer if necessary. Behind the forest hut is a large trampoline. Everywhere in the forest garden are sitting corners, you can relax in the hammock, play badminton, petanque etc. At the end of the day you can relax on the terrace behind the house with unobstructed views. At 5 min is a supermarket from Apr-Oct. On a small and quiet park. June-Sept only per week / weeks to rent.
Nature and surroundings
By car you can reach the beach entrance in 5 minutes (free parking). By bike you can be at the sea in 10 minutes. The beach of Sint Maartenszee is a wide sandy beach with blue flag. You will find two cozy beach pavilions, where you can eat delicious food. In the area there is much to do, so there are cozy cities like Schagen, Alkmaar, Enkhuizen and Hoorn. Also nearby are the hiking areas the Zwanenwater and the Schoorl Dunes. The walk at Groet in the Schoorl dunes is in the 12 most beautiful ANWB walks in the Netherlands, go there for a coffee or dinner at the Bokkesprong.Bergen with museum Kranenburgh, the art market and many boutiques is also nearby.The super nice / tasty restaurant Brasserie de Keuken at 8 min away. Also a top vintage clothing store Lot5 opposite in Schagerbrug.Entertainment for children is plenty, such as play park the Goldfish and the Hollow Tree or animal park Hoenderdaell. But perhaps they will enjoy themselves just as much in their own forest!
