You will fall in love with this house on the Sonnberg and our Wildschönau high valley. YOUR vacation home is located in a biologically built architect's house above a small alpine pasture, halfway up the mountain, at the end of a small road. The apartment includes a very spacious living room with access to the roof terrace and garden, two bedrooms (double beds with natural latex zone mattresses as well as natural bedding and organic bed linen), bathroom, large eat-in kitchen with south-facing balcony incl. table group, hallway, staircase and 2 covered parking spaces. Two evenings the garden sauna is available for YOUR exclusive use. YOU can also use our two trekking e-bikes, depending on availability. The apartment is furnished and designed with great attention to detail. The furnishings consist of solid wood furniture. From both living levels YOU can enjoy an enchanting view of the Kitzbühel mountains and the district of Niederau.
Nature and surroundings
The house is located in the first part of the high valley in the middle of the Wildschönau Alpbachtal skiing and hiking area As we are a premium partner of the mountain railroads, YOU can use the mountain railways in the high valley free of charge and as often as you like in the period from 10.5.-19.10.25. The nearby outdoor pool is also free. The ski and hiking area Skijuwel Wildschönau Alpbachtal and the entrance to the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser Kitzbühel in Tyrol are approx. 10 minutes away by car. On the roof terrace and from the garden YOU can enjoy the sound of the brook and the twittering of birds.
